Steiner Leisure Limited Announces Completion of Acquisition of Utah College of Massage Therapy

NASSAU, Bahamas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2006--Steiner Leisure Limited (Nasdaq:STNR), today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Utah College of Massage Therapy, Inc., which operates a post-secondary massage therapy school with a total of seven campuses located in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.

While the acquisition transaction for these schools has been closed, post-closing review by the U.S. Department of Education and other educational agencies remains pending.
