NASSAU, The Bahamas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Steiner Leisure Limited (NASDAQ:STNR) today announced that its premier Mandara resort spa division has entered into an agreement to operate a new luxury spa facility located at The Monarch Hotel and Convention Centre in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

The term of the lease is for a period of 10 years.

This spa will be located in a new hotel being built on Sheikh Zayed Road, in downtown Dubai and will feature 10 deluxe treatment rooms, including a suite and a couples spa room, as well as men’s and women’s changing rooms and steam and Jacuzzi facilities. This luxury spa will also feature local, Balinese and Elemis beauty treatments. The hotel is expected to have, among other things, 141 executive rooms, 40 deluxe suites, presidential and royal suites, 16 meeting rooms, a ballroom and five high quality restaurants.

Steiner Leisure estimates that the new spa will open in May of 2007.
